- Based on pre-defined settings, SSM Voice Messenger will trigger automatic voice message calls to tenants alerting them on their balance due. The storage operator has the option to decide how many days after the payment due date the voice message calls should be triggered.
- The calls will be automatically triggered from a pre defined number, either a call center or store number. Tenants can call back the same number and make a payment over the phone.
- Every voice message calls will be logged under the “Notes” section of the Self Storage Manager tenant ledger.
